Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items may not be eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items claimed for exchange or return after 7 days are not acceptable.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- In the event of a package being returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to have it returned undamaged. In case of damage, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
- All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred. Also, the shipping cost of the returns shall be borne by the customer.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
